Anywhere! Let us know where is best for you, and (weather permitting) we will see you there! Common places for intervention in natural environments are - home, school, uni, work, TAFE, at the park/beach, shopping centre, etc. Wherever you want or need to work on your goals, works for us. We also offer Zoom/Telehealth, Gaming, Phone Call or Text/Email correspondence for those who prefer to work this way - chat to us about how this works with your funding.
We will do whatever works best for you. Infinite Possibilities OT does aim for therapy causing as minimal disruption to your life as possible, however if you or your loved one works best with routine , or need some more regular assistance to work on your goals- then we understand, and we will work to meet your needs. When regular therapy is requested, we will ensure that regular Outcome Measures are undertaken so that we know that we are still providing benefits to you.
At Infinite Possibilities OT, we prioritise what you need, your life, and your goals. We are passionate about celebrating and championing Neurodiversity, we don't aim to change you or your support networks, we aim to increase your understanding of how your brain works, make changes to your environment, and help others around you understand you and your needs better, so that you can thrive as your authentic self.
We strongly believe that knowledge is power, and that you should be empowered with the information, confidence and skills you require to understand, and advocate for, your own needs, so that you don't need us long term. We are led by you, we will help you in real time, in your real environments to manage situations that you find difficult, as you need us.
Our unique educational, consultative focus means that we are flexible and better able to meet your needs in a timely manner.
Our passion lies in championing Neurodiversity, eliminating stigma and misunderstanding about Neurodivergence, and creating societal change in regards to helping Neurodivergent individuals thrive. Please chat to us about how we can help you make large scale changes through consultation and education packages for schools, workplaces, sporting clubs, etc.
Our service utilises Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) to implement programs written by Sarah (OT), Tiana (OT), and Mia (Speech Pathologist), based on thorough assessment and liaison with you and your supports. Our AHAs are all in their fourth year of a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, they have been hand-selected by Sarah, and are extensively trained to ensure that everyone is happy and getting quality services, as you need it.

Infinite Possibilities OT aims to be as inclusive as possible, therefore there are options for those without Government Funding Supports to access services with us, at a lower price when paying privately, within a set structure of therapy service.
We would ask that all of our clients be understanding of us wanting to ensure that no-one misses out, as the NDIS does not provide funding for a large proportion of Neurodivergent individuals who also need or want assistance.

Yes. Generally, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to assist us to offer your appointment to someone else. However, we know that life happens, so we are happy to be flexible to meet your needs. Many Team Members have young families of their own, so we understand - and may also occasionally require you to be flexible with your appointment days and times.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible - text or email only if after hours, and we can either change the appointment to Telehealth where appropriate, or find another suitable time.
If you do cancel your appointment, our Clinicians may use this time to complete indirect work that you require (such as Reports, Review Documents, resource development, etc.), however they will always discuss this with you first.
Repeat cancellations will be discussed with you, to see how we can be more accessible.
For a copy of our formal Cancellation Policy, please feel free to contact us.
